Mercia Partnership was established in 1998 to provide high quality training for people either working or not working in the North West of England. We run a wide range of courses across a number of sectors at various locations throughout the North-West. Many of these courses are government funded and can therefore are provided free to our clients. All of our courses are also offered privately at a competitive rate. With high success rates, numerous awards, and high customer satisfaction you can be assured of the quality of service on offer.  Mercia South, previously Affinity Training, is now owned by us.

Our team is well-qualified and comes with an abundance of life experience. As a result our training is focused, up to date and relevant to the workplace. Our trainer training programmes are highly respected and used by many other training organisations.

Mercia Partnership works closely with the following organisations: Job Centre Plus, Local Education Authority, Career Connect, Liverpool Education and Business Partnership, Greater Merseyside Learning Providers Federation, Liverpool Provider Network, Unionlearn, GMB Union, PCS and other unions and local schools. We are a lead provider and we now own Mercia South previously Affinity Training and currently work with 5 Stars Recruitment – sub-contractor. Our current management fee for any sub-contracting work is 20%.

Mercia has achieved many quality standards over the years including IIP status, Matrix accreditation, Beacon status, Provider of the year awards and a TUC Unionlearn Quality Award.
